About the Role

You will own quarterly and annual ASC 740 provisions, US federal and state tax compliance, and tax controls. You will manage external providers, work with advisors and auditors, prepare technical tax analyses and memos, and track tax matters including Section 174 capitalization, Section 382, and NOLs.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Manage the US federal and state compliance calendar.
• Manage external tax-provider engagements and accountability for deliverables.
• Design, document, and operate tax controls.
• Write technical tax memos supporting tax positions.
• Track Section 174 capitalization, Section 382, and NOLs.
