What you will do
- Lead a multi-workstream sales learning curriculum, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and senior stakeholder alignment.
- Design, deliver, and embed sales and CSM methodologies (including Challenger) using blended learning (live, virtual, digital content, call coaching, and field reinforcement).
- Coach experienced account managers, CSMs, and front-line managers with targeted feedback based on real performance data (e.g., Gong call analysis).
- Partner with sales and CSM leadership to align learning priorities to business goals and ensure post-training application and accountability.
- Use enablement technology (e.g., Gong, Spekit, learning platforms) to scale learning, digitize assets, and provide just-in-time performance support.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness with data and insights, and continuously improve sales capability outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven success in a sales role, including selling complex B2B solutions and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Significant experience delivering senior-level sales training and coaching, ideally in global or matrixed sales organizations.
- Strong grounding in modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDICC) with credibility working with experienced sales professionals.
- Coaching expertise supported by formal certification or a proven track record of improving sales performance and driving change.
- Expertise in adult learning, facilitation, and instructional design, translating concepts into field-ready behaviors.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven mindset.
