What you will do
- Define and execute the European alliances strategy for for Business across video collaboration and personal workspace solutions.
- Negotiate joint business plans with strategic partners including revenue quotas, deal structures, and co-marketing investments.
- Drive partner quota attainment through joint account mapping and sales cycles.
- Design scalable sell-with and sell-through motions to attach solutions to partner offerings.
- Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver joint campaigns and ensure seamless sales cycle support.
- Track alliance performance KPIs and conduct quarterly business reviews with financial modeling and forecasting.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in alliances, strategic partnerships, or channel sales within B2B technology.
- Proven track record of building revenue-generating alliances with multi-country European experience.
- Strong commercial acumen in B2B go-to-market models and partner economics.
- Expertise in financial modeling, pipeline forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the for Business portfolio and unified communications ecosystems like Microsoft, Google, or Zoom.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
- Willingness to travel within Europe (25–40%).
