What you will do

  • Define and execute the European alliances strategy for hirify.global for Business across video collaboration and personal workspace solutions.
  • Negotiate joint business plans with strategic partners including revenue quotas, deal structures, and co-marketing investments.
  • Drive partner quota attainment through joint account mapping and sales cycles.
  • Design scalable sell-with and sell-through motions to attach hirify.global solutions to partner offerings.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver joint campaigns and ensure seamless sales cycle support.
  • Track alliance performance KPIs and conduct quarterly business reviews with financial modeling and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in alliances, strategic partnerships, or channel sales within B2B technology.
  • Proven track record of building revenue-generating alliances with multi-country European experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen in B2B go-to-market models and partner economics.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, pipeline forecasting, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the hirify.global for Business portfolio and unified communications ecosystems like Microsoft, Google, or Zoom.
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (25–40%).
