Salary: $110,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex engineering projects from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
• Administer media production applications, infrastructure, and enterprise IT systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Collaborate with station partners to plan and implement technical workflows for news and production.
• Provide technical support, incident response, and clear communication to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation for operations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all systems and workflows comply with corporate cyber security policies and standards.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Washington, DC
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in broadcast or IT systems engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management.
• Expertise in media technology including SDI, NDI, ST-2110, and transmission systems.
• Strong foundation in core IT fundamentals including networking, cloud compute, and identity management.

Nice to have

• CCNA Certification
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
• Background in supporting 24/7 mission-critical live event production operations
