What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end product features across backend services and React frontend.
• Develop well-structured, testable backend services and reusable frontend components with attention to performance and maintainability.
• Contribute to multi-stack production environments and evolve overall architecture thoughtfully.
• Model domains, define boundaries, and influence architectural decisions for system scalability.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development while reviewing and validating generated code before production.
• Own CI/CD, observability, performance, and production behavior beyond feature delivery.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom with remote work.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with Java, Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI tools in development with strong engineering judgment.
• Solid understanding of system design, data modeling, and architectural principles.
• Comfortable with CI/CD, containerization, cloud environments (AWS), and production ownership.
