Location: Remote within the United Kingdom

What you will do

Design and build end-to-end product features across backend services and React frontend.
Develop well-structured, testable backend services and reusable frontend components with attention to performance and maintainability.
Contribute to multi-stack production environments and evolve overall architecture thoughtfully.
Model domains, define boundaries, and influence architectural decisions for system scalability.
Use AI tools to accelerate development while reviewing and validating generated code before production.
Own CI/CD, observability, performance, and production behavior beyond feature delivery.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom with remote work.
Strong full-stack engineering experience with Java, Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
Experience using AI tools in development with strong engineering judgment.
Solid understanding of system design, data modeling, and architectural principles.
Comfortable with CI/CD, containerization, cloud environments (AWS), and production ownership.
