What you will do

• Monitor enterprise security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm platforms.
• Receive, assess, and prioritize security incidents, dispatching appropriate response teams.
• Coordinate communication between security officers, leadership, and external emergency responders.
• Track incidents from initiation through resolution and maintain accurate documentation.
• Escalate critical security events to stakeholders and support business continuity activities.
• Monitor intelligence sources and security alerts to protect employees and facilities.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.
• 2+ years of experience in security operations, dispatch, or emergency communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for incident reporting and coordination.
• Ability to multitask and make effective decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing multiple security technology platforms.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or corporate security environment.
• Background in 911 or law enforcement dispatch.
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Video Management Systems (VMS).
• Experience with emergency management and physical security operations.
