What you will do

• Design, implement, and support advanced cybersecurity technology solutions.
• Lead research, proof-of-concept, and implementation of new technology solutions.
• Perform technical administration, including troubleshooting, patching, and break-fix operations.
• Lead security incident response activities and conduct post-event reviews.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the maintenance of cybersecurity solutions.
• Mentor team members and develop their technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• 10 years of related post-secondary education and/or experience in Information Security and/or IT.
• Strong knowledge of common web technologies, cloud technologies, and enterprise/network architecture.
• Deep understanding of defense in depth, trust levels, privileges, and permissions.
• Advanced analytical, evaluative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and work independently.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience within a cybersecurity organization in the financial services industry.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or MCSA.
