Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Manchester, UK
Salary: £54,000–£66,000 (inclusive of shift allowances)

What you will do
- Sustain and improve mechanical and electrical yields to meet departmental targets.
- Monitor and improve Cpk levels across processes, including coordinating R&R studies on metrology equipment.
- Deliver technical improvement projects focused on cost, throughput, and ease of manufacture.
- Support new product and platform development through process development activities.
- Generate and maintain accurate Wafer Fab Operator Instructions.
- Ensure full adherence to departmental procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Semiconductor industry experience as a Process Engineer is required.
- HND or Degree in a relevant STEM discipline.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern of 12-hour shifts (2 weeks of days and 1 week of nights).
- Competent with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
