What you will do

• Support the development and execution of product marketing plans, including initiatives for hirify.global QQQ and digital assets.
• Execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, events, and paid media in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Partner with sales and product teams to define audience segments and refine positioning and messaging.
• Manage end-to-end execution of creative briefs across cross-functional teams including content, design, and social.
• Leverage data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing tactics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in asset or wealth management.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work four days per week in the office.
• Strong understanding of retail and institutional clients, mutual funds, ETFs, and alternatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and deliver against demanding timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in designing and optimizing marketing initiatives.
