What you will do

• Lead security assessments, including threat modeling, design reviews, and penetration testing for high-impact services.
• Drive AI security initiatives by establishing guardrails and secure design patterns for LLM-enabled features.
• Identify and mitigate complex vulnerabilities across web applications, APIs, and cloud-native environments.
• Strengthen security posture in AWS, GCP, and Azure across identity, networking, and data protection.
• Develop and promote scalable application and AI security standards across engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions to embed security into the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of security engineering experience with a focus on application security.
• Proven experience driving AI security initiatives and mitigating risks in LLM-enabled systems.
• Strong hands-on experience securing cloud-native environments, particularly AWS.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Ability to communicate complex security risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
