Salary: $160,000–$175,000/year.

What you will do

• Partner with Consultants to drive ETF market share growth and net sales across the U.S.-listed platform.
• Act as the primary ETF specialist supporting field Consultants with targeted business plans and high-impact resources.
• Deliver tailored education on investment strategies, product positioning, and portfolio construction to diverse clients.
• Lead engaging group and one-on-one presentations to differentiate the ETF platform.
• Serve as a trusted resource for client inquiries regarding product features and performance.
• Travel up to 80% to support client engagement and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Series 7 & 63 licenses required.
• 5+ years of investment experience with deep expertise in ETFs.
• Proven track record working with financial advisors and managing a territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced quantitative, analytical, and investment research capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• CIMA or CFA designation.
