Sr ETF Specialist (ETF)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid workplace model with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office and travel of up to 80%.

Salary: $160,000–$175,000 per year, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with Consultants to grow ETF market share and net sales across the U.S.-listed ETF platform.
• Support Consultants as the primary ETF specialist by developing business plans and delivering ETF and indexed-strategy resources.
• Educate clients on investment strategies, product positioning, and portfolio construction.
• Lead group and one-on-one presentations in virtual, phone, and in-person settings.
• Answer client questions about ETF product features and performance.
• Travel extensively to support client engagement and business development.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of investment experience with deep ETF expertise.
• Experience working with financial advisors and managing a territory.
• Strong strategic thinking, client relationship management, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced quantitative, analytical, and investment research capabilities.

Nice to have

• CIMA or CFA certification.
