What you will do

• Collaborate with product designers, managers, and engineers to define user-centered content strategies.
• Craft member-centric content for UI, notifications, and documentation across member journeys.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice and contribute to the evolution of the content style guide.
• Conduct content audits to ensure quality, relevance, and adherence to design standards.
• Partner with legal, localization, and support teams to ensure responsible and accurate product launches.
• Advocate for content best practices and stay updated on industry trends, including AI-driven interfaces.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or Content Strategist in a software product environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and craft in user experience.
• Deep understanding of how content, design, and research integrate to build frictionless user flows.
• Experience working with AI, including dynamic and non-deterministic interfaces.
• Familiarity with design systems and interaction patterns for Android, iOS, and web platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present strategies to cross-functional partners.
