TL;DR

UX Content Designer III: Design and optimize content solutions for user experiences within loyalty and membership spaces with an accent on product content strategies and blending UX writing with storytelling. Focus on applying human-centered design, information architecture, and data-driven insights to create cohesive, accessible, and inclusive product content.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States. This role requires US work authorization.

Salary: For Austin, $137,500–$192,500

What you will do

  • Design thoughtful, intuitive, and accessible content solutions for a range of product use cases and interactions.
  • Apply solid information architecture methods, such as content modeling and mapping, to design scalable content solutions.
  • Audit, analyze, structure, create, and present compelling UX content throughout the product experience.
  • Partner across product and research teams to drive content tests and resolve content bugs.
  • Apply a holistic, customer-focused approach to creating a cohesive content strategy for loyalty programs.
  • Influence, persuade, and negotiate with stakeholders to design optimal experiences that balance traveler satisfaction and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX writer, or Content Strategist.
  • Ability to audit, analyze, structure, create, and design content independently in compelling user-focused product experiences.
  • Strong skills in presenting compelling rationale and narratives behind content strategies and decisions to key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in persuasion and negotiation with stakeholders to create optimal experiences.
  • Experience applying human-centered design (HCD) practices to product experiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience solving complicated content problems for multiple user segments and across brands.
  • Maintain a portfolio of work showcasing design thinking and UX writing skills, especially in Loyalty and Membership.
  • Curiosity to explore and apply emerging AI technologies, including prompt engineering.
