UX Content Designer III

Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (or authorized to work in the US).

Compensation: $137,500 – $220,000 (total cash range).

What you will do

• Design intuitive and accessible content for onboarding, transactional flows, and in-app interactions.
• Audit, structure, and create compelling UX content using information architecture and content modeling methods.
• Partner with product and research teams to drive content tests and resolve content-related issues.
• Define and execute holistic content strategies for loyalty and membership product areas.
• Communicate and negotiate complex content rationales to stakeholders, including Legal, Product, and executive leadership.
• Apply human-centered design principles to balance traveler satisfaction with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in UX writing, content strategy, or related design fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or Content Strategist.
• Proven expertise in content audits, mapping, modeling, and information architecture.
• Strong ability to present and defend design rationales to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience applying human-centered design (HCD) practices in product development.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
