What you will do

• Lead electrical verification strategies across front-end, back-end, and lab testing.
• Coordinate and implement test methodologies for GaN devices at both wafer and product levels.
• Develop and propose new test and characterization setups to solve technical issues and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with device, product, and application engineers to meet quality and customer requirements.
• Own the implementation of characterization concepts to drive product development.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or Solid-State Physics.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor characterization, specifically for GaN technology.
• Experience with high voltage power semiconductor devices.
• English: Good communication skills (B2) required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
• Proficiency in German.
