What you will do

• Consistently break news and deliver scoops.
• Report and write at least four investigative stories per month, focused on differentiated work.
• Pitch, report, and write stories using data, open source tools, and visual investigations.
• Collaborate with the security desk and other WIRED newsroom reporters.
• Coordinate with audio, video, events, and social teams to adapt storytelling across platforms.
• Work with global markets on relevant stories and packages.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a journalist with a track record in investigative data or OSINT reporting.
• Proven ability to consistently break news and deliver scoops.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a constantly evolving workload and prioritize effectively.
• Clear, engaging, jargon-free writing style.
