Salary: $130,000–$165,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead and manage the product engineering staff across concurrent development programs.
- Oversee resource allocation, hiring, training, and professional development of technical personnel.
- Drive engineering process maturation, including standards, templates, and automation to improve efficiency.
- Monitor build and test performance, focusing on first-pass yield and defect reduction.
- Manage electronic obsolescence, including zero-date calculations and last-time buys.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to support product transitions and development lifecycle objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 7+ years of professional Electrical Engineering experience.
- Must be a US Citizen due to federal export-controlled information requirements.
- Demonstrated competence in hardware design, development, and testing applications.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
Nice to have
- Prior managerial experience supervising engineering teams.
- Familiarity with design lifecycles, qualification, and certification of electronics for aircraft.
- Experience within the aerospace industry.
