What you will do

• Lead and manage the product engineering staff across concurrent development programs.
• Oversee resource allocation, hiring, training, and professional development of technical personnel.
• Drive engineering process maturation, including standards, templates, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Monitor build and test performance, focusing on first-pass yield and defect reduction.
• Manage electronic obsolescence, including zero-date calculations and last-time buys.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to support product transitions and development lifecycle objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 7+ years of professional Electrical Engineering experience.
• Must be a US Citizen due to federal export-controlled information requirements.
• Demonstrated competence in hardware design, development, and testing applications.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Prior managerial experience supervising engineering teams.
• Familiarity with design lifecycles, qualification, and certification of electronics for aircraft.
• Experience within the aerospace industry.
