What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and testing of advanced electrical systems for UAS platforms.
• Oversee electrical engineering projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and debug complex microcontroller systems, circuits, and power supply designs.
• Optimize wire harness production and documentation using Altium.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on advanced circuit issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with 5+ years in UAS or aerospace.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Expertise in Altium and circuit design tools.
• Advanced knowledge of analog/digital circuits, power systems, and CAN bus communication.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in production environments and avionics systems.
• Proven track record of leading successful UAS-related electrical projects.
• Knowledge of advanced electrical testing procedures.
