What you will do

• Define and own the product vision for agent and machine identity security solutions.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap based on market trends and customer needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive high performance and product excellence.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
• Track key product metrics and present performance updates to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in enterprise security.
• Deep understanding of agentic technologies, autonomous agents, and AI-driven workflows.
• Expertise in machine identity security, service accounts, and workload identities.
• Technical proficiency with AWS, Azure, and GCP identity and security services.
• Proven track record of launching successful enterprise-grade security products.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in Zero Trust architectures and privileged access management.
• Experience with AI governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.
• Prior experience in cloud-native security or DevSecOps domains.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
