What you will do

• Deliver transformation and change assignments for major clients.
• Design and structure the Transformation & Change proposition for the Dutch market.
• Develop business through prospection, proposal writing, and relationship management.
• Lead consulting missions and projects at client sites.
• Develop in-depth knowledge and thought leadership materials like case studies and articles.
• Coach team members and contribute to the growth of the local consulting practice.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in organizational behavior, psychology, business administration, or similar.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in change consulting, preferably in Big 4.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (orally and written) is mandatory.
• Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for international projects.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
• Proven experience in conducting large-scale transformation projects.
