Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 Annually

What you will do

• Generate detailed operation sheets and manufacturing procedures for machined parts.
• Develop and optimize NC programs for complex milling operations.
• Review engineering drawings to ensure producibility and suggest design revisions.
• Establish tooling, gauging, and fixture concepts while overseeing their design and fabrication.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Conduct process studies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and salvage discrepant parts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Proficiency in NC programming, preferably with NX.
• Strong knowledge of milling operations, specifically 5-axis.
• Expertise in GD&T and blueprint reading.
