What you will do

• Monitor system health and proactively manage risks to performance, stability, and security
• Diagnose and resolve complex system and performance issues
• Design and implement system improvements, configurations, and automation
• Develop infrastructure as code and automation scripts; support change management and impact assessments
• Improve monitoring, alerting, reporting, and incident response/recovery readiness
• Contribute to scalability and capacity planning; apply security best practices and maintain documentation

Requirements

• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and EKS
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX systems
• Experience with scripting/automation (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Understanding of DevOps and infrastructure as code practices
• Experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, New Relic) and with incident management/system reliability
