What you will do

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, secure infrastructure in AWS across development and production.
  • Lead or contribute to migration of legacy systems into cloud-native, multi-environment architectures.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
  • Improve reliability, observability, and cost-efficiency through architecture guidance and operational visibility (monitoring, logging, tracing).
  • Modernise CI/CD practices to enable safe, rapid delivery across environments.
  • Support incident response and mentor junior engineers while contributing to standards, documentation, and design reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and distributed architectures.
  • Strong AWS experience (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch).
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Experience running containerised workloads in production (e.g., Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes) and designing resilient systems across environments/tenants.
  • Strong scripting/programming skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Go) and excellent collaboration/communication across teams.
