What you will do
- Define and execute the product strategy for the audience platform, balancing the needs of brand teams, advertisers, and end-users.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to make technical trade-offs regarding rendering, performance, and component architecture.
- Establish and track key performance metrics for platform health, including load times, ad delivery, and developer velocity.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered development workflows to reduce toil and improve component generation and QA processes.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to align competing priorities across multiple digital properties.
- Benchmark platform performance against industry leaders to ensure best-in-class consumer experiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with significant time spent on platform or infrastructure products.
- Deep understanding of frontend technologies, including rendering, SEO, performance optimization, and design systems.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into strategy and communicate effectively with both editorial and engineering stakeholders.
- Experience working across web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track meaningful product metrics.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and its intersection with frontend performance and user experience.

- Hands-on experience with design systems like Storybook or Figma component libraries.
