What you will do

• Design and balance game economies, including pricing strategies for purchasable items and collectibles.
• Develop predictive models and simulations to forecast the impact of economy changes on player behavior.
• Analyze player segments based on behavioral and motivational theories to inform game operations.
• Collaborate with product, game ops, and data teams to provide actionable insights and drive growth.
• Implement economy guidelines and foster knowledge sharing across the global Game Economy team.
• Evaluate and build top-class tooling to improve economy management workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in game economy design or management.
• Must be authorized to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of behavioral economics and motivational theories.
• Proven proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with predictive analytics and player segmentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Intermediate proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with numerical simulation methods such as Monte Carlo or Metropolis-Hastings.
