What you will do

• Lead end-to-end grievance investigations and execute day-to-day operational ER case management across several regions.
• Act as a trusted partner and escalation point for leaders navigating complex workplace matters.
• Represent the business in external jurisdictions such as the Fair Work Commission and Human Rights Commissions.
• Coach and develop junior ER advisors to elevate collective team capability.
• Develop and deliver performance management training programs for emerging leaders.
• Interpret data insights and trends to provide strategic opportunities to Senior Operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
• Proven track record of managing complex HR/ER matters and leading professional teams.
• Deep understanding of relevant ER legislation across different jurisdictions and its practical application.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, ER, Employment Law, or equivalent significant practical experience.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills for engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders.
