What you will do
- Coordinate with internal artists to execute creative projects and sprints.
- Develop and lead the art direction for mini-games to ensure cohesive player experiences.
- Manage and nurture relationships with internal collaborators and stakeholders.
- Track project performance and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Guide individual contributors in their professional and personal growth.
- Improve and enforce standardized processes for the art funnel.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in Gdansk, Poland without visa sponsorship
- At least 3 years of experience managing artists or individual contributors in mobile game publishing.
- Established experience directing creative units in a mobile game context.
- Bachelor's degree in illustration, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
