What you will do

• Coordinate with internal artists to execute creative projects and sprints.
• Develop and lead the art direction for mini-games to ensure cohesive player experiences.
• Manage and nurture relationships with internal collaborators and stakeholders.
• Track project performance and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Guide individual contributors in their professional and personal growth.
• Improve and enforce standardized processes for the art funnel.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Gdansk, Poland without visa sponsorship
• At least 3 years of experience managing artists or individual contributors in mobile game publishing.
• Established experience directing creative units in a mobile game context.
• Bachelor's degree in illustration, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
