Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Salary: 33,300 – 45,815 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Collaborate with artists, engineers, and designers to translate creative ideas into achievable real-time rendering solutions.
• Conduct audits of content integrity, including PBR material values, shaders, lighting, and post-production systems.
• Analyze visual targets and break them down into actionable, real-time-ready proposals for look development.
• Review and prototype automation solutions to increase the efficiency of artistic pipelines and processes.
• Mentor fellow developers on best practices for content creation and rendering techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering and performance challenges across various platform scalability targets.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of experience in real-time graphics, rendering, and PBR pipelines.
• Proven expertise in computer graphics workflows (lighting, rendering, shaders), specifically with Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency in HLSL, GLSL, or other shader/programming languages.
• Strong communication skills for documenting and visually explaining complex technical ideas.
• Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
