What you will do

• Develop and present a talent marketing strategy to strengthen employer brand awareness and candidate engagement.
• Coordinate and execute multi-channel talent marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and career sites.
• Create engaging, on-brand content including social media posts, employee stories, and blog articles.
• Optimize job descriptions and distribution strategies to improve visibility for open roles.
• Support university outreach and early career branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Plan and execute recruiting events, including career fairs and virtual sessions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, HR, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a focus on storytelling and digital engagement.
• Ability to analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have
