Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Salary: $165,000–$175,000

What you will do
- Lead and supervise Fedwire Security Settlement functions, including Triparty, FICC/GSCC, and TMPG processes.
- Oversee a global team of 25 associates, providing mentorship, performance management, and career development.
- Drive automation efforts by implementing RPA and internal tools like BEES to improve operational efficiency.
- Mitigate financial risk and market exposure by monitoring unsettled trades and ledger-to-bank reconciliations.
- Manage client relationships, address operational escalations, and ensure adherence to contract parameters.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and Finance to support system projects and team-related functions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven knowledge of operations products and processes in the settlements arena.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports and global teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Newark, NJ.
Nice to have
- Series 99 license.
- Experience with Impact, BONY BDC, FICC RTTM, or BONY Accessedge.
