Salary: $146,000 – $200,000 USD (Base salary only).

What you will do

• Design and lead strategic enablement programs for post-sales teams, including onboarding and ongoing technical training.
• Translate complex architectural changes into actionable technical requirements and implementation playbooks.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between CTO, product teams, and post-sales leadership.
• Create and maintain a technical knowledge base, including troubleshooting guides and configuration SOPs.
• Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using support data and field feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate key enablement sessions and act as a strategic advisor to post-sales leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Post-Sales, or Technical Program Management in a high-tech B2B environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, implementation architecture, and post-deployment troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to consult and influence senior leadership and executives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
• Must have legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work a 9-6 EST or CST schedule.
