What you will do

• Check identification of visitors, ensure sponsorship and proper clearance via DISS or local databases, and issue visitor badges.
• Log visitors, notify hosts of arrivals, and verify assigned personnel display authorized access badges.
• Screen visitors, non-cleared workers, vehicles, and equipment entering/exiting the site; deny introduction of prohibited items.
• Perform and/or assist with inspections of bags and hand-carried items; conduct random inspections of site areas.
• Handle package receipt and distribution per facility SOP; maintain control of logs, instructions, equipment, and badges.
• Execute emergency procedures (bomb threat, active shooter, force protection, anti-terrorism, fire evacuation) and support secure storage area operations.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Security clearance: Secret; able to obtain TS with SCI and SAP eligibility.
• Willingness to submit to a CI polygraph.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior special programs security experience is highly preferred; entry-level candidates may be trained if otherwise qualified.
• Travel required: less than 10%.

Nice to have

• Prior military or construction/physical security experience.
• Valid CAG certification (obtained through CDSE websites).
