What you will do

• Coordinate and manage communication between customers, suppliers, and internal operations.
• Plan production and material requirements based on customer demand and established procedures.
• Share forecasts with suppliers to ensure consistent service levels and material availability.
• Maintain and update system data while analyzing potential variations in supply.
• Monitor operational metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Negotiate delivery dates and coordinate special shipment plans with production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, purchasing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience in demand analysis and production scheduling.
• English proficiency: Intermediate level required.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or Oracle systems.
