What you will do

• Own the demand signal for multiple product groups and maintain an accurate rolling 24-month plan.
• Utilize statistical forecast methods and market intelligence to guide manufacturing partners and internal teams on build priorities.
• Define demand segmentation strategies, including seasonal, trend, cyclical, and random behaviors.
• Analyze global purchasing trends and optimize constrained component supply.
• Manage inventory levels to reduce excess and obsolete stock.
• Determine and report against forecast accuracy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for senior management.

Requirements

• Prior Demand Planning experience in a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert to develop new tools and processes to scale the business.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with SAP/IBP modules or Oracle.
