What you will do

• Manage end-to-end complex transportation RFPs and configure bid events using e-sourcing platforms.
• Perform scenario modeling and cost-to-serve optimizations to finalize strategic award recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimize customer transportation and distribution networks.
• Provide internal analytical support, including consolidation savings and statistical analysis.
• Lead high-stakes consulting and procurement projects, presenting outcomes to executive-level clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4+ years of experience in logistics engineering, transportation procurement, or supply chain.
• Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of network design and advanced Supply Chain Management principles.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and project leadership.
