What you will do

• Own and lead the end-to-end financial management of the global Gaming Division P&L.
• Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
• Provide actionable insights on revenue, gross margin, and operating income to senior leadership.
• Lead risk and opportunity management to ensure predictable financial outcomes.
• Oversee monthly forecasting and quarterly close processes in coordination with FP&A.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
• 15+ years of finance leadership experience in global consumer or technology businesses.
• Must be based near San Jose, CA and able to work 2 days onsite at HQ.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills and experience translating data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
