What you will do
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of the platform.
- Develop and execute success plans with measurable goals aligned with customer security and compliance objectives.
- Act as the primary technical contact, resolving complex issues and unblocking adoption across business units.
- Represent customer needs internally by capturing feature requests and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
- Manage a book of up to 10 strategic customers, identifying expansion opportunities and assisting in renewal processes.
- Contribute to the growth of the TAM organization by developing documentation and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally supporting cloud or cloud-security products.
- Must have the legal right to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.
- Expert understanding of at least 2 CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI) with relevant professional certifications.
- Deep familiarity with cloud-security best practices, CNAPP use cases, and security certifications like CISSP or CCSP.
- Practical experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps technologies (CI/CD, IaC).
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts and building relationships with C-level stakeholders.
