TL;DR
Senior Security Engineer (AI Vulnerability Management): Building and optimizing next-generation automated defense systems with an accent on agentic AI, machine learning, and risk-based vulnerability management. Location: Must be based in the US, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week in the Menlo Park, CA office.
Salary: $146,000–$220,000 USD (based on location zone).

What you will do
- Define the multi-year roadmap for Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM).
- Design and deploy AI agents to autonomously triage findings and generate production-ready remediations.
- Develop systems that correlate vulnerabilities with runtime context and infrastructure topology.
- Create CI/CD guardrails to prevent vulnerability categories from reaching production.
- Build high-fidelity dashboards using LLM-powered summarization for engineering leadership.
- Orchestrate technical responses to high-impact zero-days.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Security Engineering with a track record of leading high-impact automation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying agentic systems or LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Go or Python.
- Deep knowledge of securing AWS and Kubernetes-based architectures.
- Active experience participating in or managing Bug Bounty programs.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and able to commute to the Menlo Park office.

- Experience navigating security in highly regulated or high-growth financial environments.
- Experience implementing Security as Code within large-scale CI/CD environments.
