What you will do

• Design and implement secure cloud architectures and guardrails across environments, including network segmentation and encryption.
• Own IAM security, managing access controls, least-privilege policies, and recurring access reviews.
• Build and scale cloud security infrastructure for logging, monitoring, alerting, and vulnerability management.
• Harden CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code using security automation such as secrets detection and policy-as-code.
• Lead incident response for cloud security events and mature forensics readiness and response playbooks.
• Support compliance requirements aligned to HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and frameworks like NIST/ISO 27001.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering or closely related security roles.
• Expertise securing public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and strong understanding of container security.
• Strong software engineering and scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash to build production-quality systems.
• Experience developing or reviewing infrastructure-as-code to identify and fix security issues.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
