What you will do

• Drive internal AI governance programs (e.g., ISO 42001) and evaluate new frameworks for adoption.
• Lead a cross-functional team to research and implement scalable, compliant AI guardrails.
• Integrate AI governance, risk management, and compliance into company programs and SDLCs.
• Scale GRC programs by developing agentic AI and deterministic automation.
• Foster responsible AI adoption by sharing best practices and serving as an expert user of AI tools.
• Evangelize AI and GRC Engineering practices through thought leadership on blogs and at industry events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience using AI agents and platforms to automate workflows (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, LangChain, Cursor).
• Ability to automate workflows using code and APIs, specifically with TypeScript, Go, and/or Python.
• Expertise in cloud-native web application development and security (AWS, containers, serverless).
• Deep knowledge of AI governance frameworks such as ISO 42001, EU AI Act, and NIST AI RMF.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance programs.
