What you will do

• Create detailed requirement specifications based on system architecture and design.
• Implement and support Manhattan EOM solutions, including inventory management and fulfillment modules.
• Map current business processes and document functional requirements.
• Perform validation testing, analyze system performance, and triage technical issues.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate work between onsite and offshore teams.
• Plan and track project deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in requirement specification and process detailing.
• Proven implementation and support experience with Manhattan OMS.
• Deep knowledge of inventory management, fulfillment, and distributed selling frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree (BE) in a relevant field.
