What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations including T&E, PO desk, invoice processing, and payment execution.
• Oversee daily workflows to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent processing across all PTP areas.
• Manage the PO desk function, including creation, validation, and policy-aligned administration.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues across T&E, PO, and AP processes.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to align on policies and improve service levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay or Accounts Payable, including leadership experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end PTP processes, including T&E, PO management, and invoice processing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and AP automation tools.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and indirect tax requirements, including VAT.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in scaling or international business environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
