What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational targets.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Balance workforce according to production demand.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality, enforcing internal policies.
• Stop operations that do not meet technical specifications and escalate accordingly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, TPM, Kanban, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Experience managing personnel and leading teams.
• Strong conflict management, adaptability, and trust-building skills.
