What you will do

• Deliver technology-focused audit assignments to ensure applications, development processes, and infrastructure are effectively controlled.
• Lead and participate in the planning and execution of audits in line with agile audit methodology.
• Assess IT controls across applications, infrastructure, and development processes.
• Produce findings and draft reports for presentation to Senior Management.
• Provide advisory services to stakeholders by developing an understanding of management requests and providing real-time feedback.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify risks and consult on cybersecurity, cloud computing, data governance, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT audit, risk management, or control frameworks.
• University degree in accounting, computer science, or an IT-related field.
• CISA or CISM certification is required.
• Experience leading IT application and infrastructure audit engagements, preferably in financial services.
• Deep experience with operating systems, databases, and enterprise cloud infrastructures like AWS or Azure.

Nice to have

• CISSP or other security-related certifications.
• Hands-on experience with ransomware and cybersecurity defense.
• Understanding of emerging technology risks including AI/ML.
