What you will do

  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for Tax & Regulatory onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate communications and lead onboarding calls between clients and internal regional teams.
  • Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and maintain accurate onboarding documentation.
  • Escalate risks or issues proactively to ensure successful onboarding completion.
  • Manage client records and onboarding artifacts within designated enterprise systems.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Malaysia, preferably near Kuala Lumpur.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative, coordinator, or support roles within tax, compliance, finance, or legal environments.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required for professional client communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems, document repositories, or workflow tools.
  • High attention to detail when handling sensitive regulatory and compliance information.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-support role.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments or compliance-driven processes.
  • Additional training in tax, regulatory affairs, or business operations.
