Salary: $220,000 - $280,000 USD

What you will do

• Define data center network security reference architecture across corporate, OT/BMS, and production management networks.
• Establish trust-boundary decisions and translate network diagrams into security controls and monitoring requirements.
• Design segmentation patterns, firewall policies, and routing controls for high-risk paths.
• Review new data center, colocation, and office network designs before implementation.
• Define network telemetry and logging requirements to ensure visibility across all network domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance security, operational safety, and deployment speed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in network security, data center networking, or infrastructure security.
• Deep hands-on experience with routing, switching, segmentation, firewalls, and WAN.
• Strong understanding of zero-trust principles, identity-aware access, and least privilege.
• Experience securing OT, BMS, or industrial networks where safety and availability are critical.
• Ability to build reusable network security standards and design review processes.
• Must be based in the US to align with the AMER team and operational requirements.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, or high-performance computing environments.
• Experience with hyperscale data center environments.
