What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable, performant solutions for AI-driven healthcare applications.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes.
• Improve AI/ML infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment.
• Design multi-year visions for generative AI areas including text generation and multimodal models.
• Architect systems to enhance AI model capabilities and ensure secure handling of patient health information.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and large multi-table data sets.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical decision-maker and mentor.
• Deep experience with AWS, infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems.
• Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and auth/authz protocols.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLM/agent ecosystems such as Bedrock, LangGraph, LiteLLM, or OpenAI APIs.
