What you will do

• Supervise direct labour and sub-contractor teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage onsite QA processes, including inspections, defect rectification, and documentation.
• Coordinate daily activities and resource alignment with project programme requirements.
• Act as the primary interface between field operatives, client operations teams, and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including site risk assessments and PPE usage.
• Manage stock, plant, and tool maintenance, ensuring all equipment is safe and certified.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid driving licence with towing entitlement (C1E).
• Must possess valid HSG47, BESC, and SSSTS/SMSTS or NRSWA (Supervisor) certifications.
• Proven experience in setting to work and managing field operations.
• Certified as a First Aider, Banksman, and Slinger/Signaller.
• Experienced in operating heavy plant machinery such as excavators, dumpers, and loaders.
• Proficiency in digital tools for reporting and documentation.
