What you will do

• Coordinate and control all temporary works in compliance with BS 5975 and site-specific procedures.
• Manage temporary works designs, approvals, and technical documentation.
• Maintain the temporary works register and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that installations align with approved designs.
• Administer and control the permit-to-load and permit-to-work systems for temporary structures.
• Liaise with designers, engineers, supervisors, and the client to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in temporary works coordination within a construction or industrial environment.
• Deep understanding of BS 5975 and industry standards for temporary works.
• Must be based at site full time on a 10-day on / 4-day off rotation (10 hours per day).
• Ability to lead technical briefings and provide guidance on temporary works requirements.
