Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Clayton, MO (Hybrid). Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do
- Manage and grow a book of business by designing complex retirement plan structures tailored to client needs.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline through referrals, networking, and strategic business development activities.
- Lead client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors and decision-makers.
- Provide investment advisory services and benchmarking due diligence to ensure plan competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure plan compliance, testing requirements, and regulatory adherence.
- Facilitate fiduciary training and provide ongoing legislative consulting to clients.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
- 2+ years of experience in retirement plan sales or related industry roles.
- Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
- Must possess a valid, relevant securities license and be eligible for IAR registration with .
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing a sales pipeline in a CRM like Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events.
