What you will do

• Own and enhance the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) including policies and risk assessments.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure continuous audit readiness and timely remediation.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of TISAX across the organization.
• Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework for identifying and mitigating security risks.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Legal, and Procurement to integrate security into daily operations.
• Promote a strong security culture through stakeholder guidance and awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing an ISO/IEC 27001-certified ISMS in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management, and audit processes.
• Experience working directly with auditors and certification bodies.
• Ability to translate complex security requirements into practical business solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently.
