What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System, including policies, controls, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal audits, support external certification and surveillance audits, and drive timely remediation of findings.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of TISAX, including scope definition, gap assessments, stakeholder alignment, and certification.
• Establish and maintain the information security risk management framework.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and business leaders to integrate security requirements into operations and third-party management.
• Provide security guidance and education while monitoring regulatory and industry standards.

Requirements

• Experience managing and maintaining an ISO/IEC 27001-certified ISMS in a global or multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management, and audit processes.
• Experience working with auditors, certification bodies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex security requirements into practical, business-aligned solutions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Proactive, independent, and ownership-driven approach to delivering initiatives.
